Inflammatory bowel conditions are more and more common colitis, diverticulitis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), bloating.

Soothing Slippery Elm has traditionally been used by Native Americans for centuries. Glutamine is an amino acid that plays a role in maintaining the barrier function of the gut. Glucosamine is well known for it anti-inflamatory properties.

GSR contains fibres - Psyllium Husks, Citrus Pectin (from the peel) and Fructo-oligosaccharides - as fibre in your diet keeps the bowels regular, cleansed and at the right pH balance for healthy gut flora and function.

Fructo-oligosaccharides (inulin) does not produce fructose (fruit sugar) but rather acts as a Prebiotic, a non-digestible food source, that stimulates the growth of friendly bacteria in the gut and increases absorption of minerals.

Ingredients: Psyllium Husks, Apple Pectin, L-Glutamine, Oligofructose, Slippery Elm, Glucosamine, Tagatose, Yucca Root, Guar Gum.
